User Information

1. Keep the Cord Handle closer to the pullies and stretch the brace away to widen the gap between each side of the brace
2. By holding the Hook side of Velcro (rough side) on your right hand and Loop on the left hand, place the pullies on both side of the back bone
3. Fix the Velcro by overlapping the brace. Hold the cord handle with your thumb and pull the handle away from your body until the brace fits well to your waist
4. Fix the cord handle Velcro to the brace and you are ready to go.
